Meet Extreme Marine, the Platinum Select Dealer of the Quarter!
Scott Krupp and Heidi Buratti opened Extreme Marine’s retail location in August of 2006. This is one of the rare stores that started as a service company and later moved into retail. When the retail location originally opened, it was exclusively saltwater with a minimum of dry goods and staff of one, existing mostly to support the aquarium service part of the business.
Today, Extreme Marine has a large, experienced staff and offers freshwater, saltwater, plants, corals, invertebrates, and a variety of products to chose from!
Extreme Marine has something for every hobbyist, from aquarium staples to exotic invertebrates.
They sell tissue culture plants and corals of every kind, including an orange Yuma mushroom and yellow submarine Favia (which they are very proud of).
Extreme Marine also takes great pride in welcoming and educating beginners in the hobby while still being able to work with advanced aquarists.
If you’re in the area, make sure to drop by and visit Scott and Heidi! Their coral lagoon has a stunning variety of invertebrates, and their freshwater section is extensive. Take a look at their show-stopping biopod displays as well as their impressive planted display tanks (maintained using the Seachem products).
